HappyPulse’s public demo is intended to help authorized business operators explore visible customer-area conditions in recorded footage.

Authorized footage only

You are responsible for having the rights, recording permissions, and applicable privacy notices needed to upload and analyze a video. Upload only ordinary customer-facing environments. Do not upload private, sensitive, illegal, or unauthorized recordings.

Experimental estimates

Scores and observations are estimates from selected frames. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and have not been validated as a customer satisfaction measure. Review the original context before making operational decisions. Do not use the demo to identify people, infer private emotions or sensitive attributes, evaluate employees, or make consequential decisions about individuals.

Availability and limits

The demo may limit file sizes, duration, resolution, daily analyses, and overall processing capacity. AI processing depends on configured provider access and service availability. Sample footage may be playable before authentic analysis results are available. Illustrative marketing visuals are labeled and do not represent live customer data.

Your content and data

Your footage remains yours. Processing uses temporary private storage, selected frames, privacy preprocessing, and an external AI provider. Our Privacy Policy describes these steps and the 24-hour media retention limit. Avoid uploading content whose disclosure would be harmful.

Future services

Continuous camera integrations, organization accounts, multi-location dashboards, subscriptions, and alerts are planned features. Their descriptions are not commitments of current availability. Commercial access and pricing will be announced separately.
